Beautiful Anxiety - 120 film
The dream is about an idea - these objects we take for granted now become sought after & have become elevated to the point of prestige & status. I wanted the backdrop to have the appearance of rushed fine art. I saw a hospital emergency room curtain or MASH tent quickly erected.
This dream is about a traveler of great distances & her changing room where she puts on costumes & dabs perfume behind her ears to mask her sent. I open the door slowly to reveal the table full of costume jewellery & the sent of patchouli & rosemary still in the air. The room is empty & I am alone.
This dream is about family, about family love, pain & strife & celebration. The dream is about the emotions we collect like books.
